How long until my order is shipped?
Because each charm is custom made for you when we receive your order shipping is 4-8 days after receipt of your order. Most charms ship within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?
We ship USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary: Within the continental US 2-6 days; Alaska and Hawaii 3-8 days; Canada and International 6-12 days. Priority Mail is available.

What are your shipping rates?
We charge $1.60 - $2.50 per order depending on the number of charms ordered. Priority mail is available for $6.50. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return your merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price or request a replacement.

All of JenaLis Charms are guaranteed 100% against defects for the life of the charm. This does not include loss or damage to the charm due to ordinary wear and tear.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes. You can request another charm in place of the one you are returning.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed with us. Either email us or phone us toll free at 888 801-8792 to cancel your order. Please have your order # handy to assist us in helping you.

Will my shipping charges be refunded if I return my order?
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Is your online payment process secure?
Yes! Our payment processing is secured using an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate which encrypts your information. Payments using this method are more secure than using your credit card in a public store! Please note payments made over the phone are still placed using our secure website.

What form of payments to you accept?
