I would like to thank you Catherine for all the beautiful charms you
have made for me. I will admit it has been a year and half since I
have ordered from Jenalis charms but the minute I came up with the
idea to have three charms made with the theme of my son playing
music the first place I thought of was Jenalis charms. Catherine is
very good at what she does and if you just give her an idea of what
you want she can seem to make it happen. For example my son plays
saxophone in the band so I had her make me a charm with a saxophone
and his name on a black background along with a musical note on the
same background and a picture of him in his band uniform and
together they look awesome sometimes I find myself just looking at
them and the way she made them for me just brings me such happiness.
Thank you Catherine I will always think of you whenever I order
charms or talk to somebody who talks about ordering charms I will
tell them about Jenalis charms. You are one cool lady Catherine.

I wanted to buy my little 2 year old grand daughter and Italian
charm bracelet like I wear all the time because she really seemed to
like it. I ordered her one from another online company and was very
disappointed with the quality when I got it. So I did a Google
search and found Jena Lis Charms. I needed help with what I wanted
to do so I called them and fully expected I would need to leave a
message. But to my surprise the phone was answered and I got the
most wonderful lady on the phone and she seemed to know exactly what
I wanted and she even sent me a proto type through email to approve
before the charm was made. And it was perfect so of course I ordered
it. Christmas morning my sweet little grand daughter opened her
present and her Daddy put it on for her and to this day she won't
take it off. When we are together she always puts her arm next to
mine by my bracelet and smiles. From now on all my Italian charms
will be bought from Jena Lis and no other. Thanks again:)
